I'm curious if the glitch I've heard about is true or not, cause my disc has a number of scratches. According to what I've heard, the cut scene near the end of the first disk on the greatest hits version, freezes, which has happened to me. Is this true or is my disk just messed up? Please help!

Thanks, catdude. I'll have to try that, hopefully it will skip the scene! Thanks again!

Well, a lot of people have reported this problem over at some GameFaqs Message Boards, so it's definitely not just your disk. The best solution really is, when the Rebirth scene starts, ejects the disk, then put it back. It skips the whole cut scene, so it won't freeze. If that doesn't work, I suggest you just sell yours and buy a normal version off eBay.

I think it may be just your disc. I have the same game (Greatest Hits version) and played thru it just fine.

You said you have a lot of scratches, you might try to clean it or use a disc doctor type repair kit on it. I hope you get it working.

I also had the greatest hits version of this game and I had no problems. I would say that its more than likely your disc.
