Has Atlantis already left the ISS NOW ?
If yes, then, can it put the reverse gear to re-dock to ISS incase the fuel reaches minimum safe level, so that New Fuel Supply can be arrenged ?

Essentially yes, but its not as easy as just going in reverse. The Shuttle is traveling at a very high velocity, however it can return to the ISS if it either slows down or speeds up. If it reduces its speed however, its altitude will also decrease so its a matter of fine tuning when you slow down which lowers your orbit and then speeding back up when you are close to the ISS again which will raise the orbit up again. This would probably take days to accomplish in orbit.
