That could be anything. "Rock and Roll Part 2" by Gary Glitter. "We Will Rock You" by Queen. Hell, even "Sirius" by The Alan Parsons Project.
EDIT: It's kind of techno? Did you hear it before the Chicago Bulls played a game? It's probably "Sirius" by The Alan Parsons Project.

I have to agree that it is Gary Glitter. If it's the opening for the Michael Jordan's Bulls then it is The Alan Parson's Project.
Possibly Running With The Bulls or Eye In The Sky. Hope this helps.
