Where does it go?

Question

I've figured out how to use the tampon, I just don't know where it goes into now.

Yes, I'm a 16 year old who is clueless.

If anyone knows, please tell me.
I'm going on vacation soon, and it's going to be needed.

What I meant was where do you insert it. Is it more towards the back or is it right in the front?

(I'm sort of ignorant to all this stuff, usually I just slap on a pad, but that's not an option for swimming)

Well, you have 3 holes down there. Your urethra, anus, and vagina. No matter how hard you tried, it would NEVER fit in your urethra. And you anus is pretty far away from the other two. Get a compact mirror and look at it all while you're trying to put it in if that makes you feel better. It'll feel strange, and you'll wanna stop, but just keep going.

do you mean after you have used it??? if so in the toilet (unless you have a septic system)

if your wondering where in your body it goes... there is a little booklet in the box of tampons with illustrations... it goes in the vagina... position it in and use the plunger... to push it higher and remove the plunger (cardboard or plastic 2 parts~ wrap in tissue and place in garbage ~can hurt sewer systems/toilet)... it shouldn't be uncomfortable or painful... but you will feel it at first until you get used to the feeling of using one... then when time to change/ remove it just pull on the string... and dispose of in toilet...

edited~~~~right past the "lips" before reaching your anus there is a hole... the vagina.... it goes in there~ don't worry about angling it or anything... you will be able to tell what direction it is supposed to be going...

If you don't know where it goes then you do NOT have it figured out.

Get a mirror, sit on the floor (towel underneath you), put mirror on floor right by your butt. Spread your legs apart and look for a hole. Put it in that hole (not your butt) and angle it so its aimed towards your lower back and gently ease in.

Baby, it goes in your vagina... Make sure you dont put it in your pee hole.... get a mirror and look down there...Its the second hole.....between you pee hole and your anus
