There are better ways to figure out the numbers then just asking people for their IQ score, especially since many people don't know what their real score is. (Anything you get from an online test is NOT a real score.) Keep in mind that people who are severely mentally retarded are unlikely to be using computers or reading Yahoo Answers, if they can read at all.
100 is the "perfect average" score. About 90 to 110 is the average range, and roughly 80% of all people fall between 80 and 120. Scores above or below this range become increasingly rare the farther they are from the average score of 100.
A person would usually not be considered mentally retarded unless their IQ was below 70, and even then they would be tested for functional ability before being stuck with that label. Only about 2% of all people have an IQ below 70.
A person with an IQ of 130 or above would usually be considered "gifted". Again, only about 2% of all people fall into this group. This is because a person with an IQ of 130 is as far above average as someone with an IQ if 70 is below average.
Many online "IQ tests" are designed to give everyone a score in the average to above average range, no matter what they answer. This is why you'll see so many people claiming to have a high IQ. But if it's from an online site, it's just a trick to make you feel good and want to visit the site and recommend it to your friends. A real IQ test must be administered in person by a trained professional.

It should be clear to anyone with a high IQ that there a lot of people here with very low IQ's.

I know, I am very high, but that does not mean anything without high EQ and SQ to go through reality of life.

I have a high one - but I am not sure how many answers you are going to get to people saying they have a low one - maybe you will get one or two serious answers, but I doubt it.

acording to tickle test my i.q dropped 17 points from the time i took one in high school
