I used to give my guineas baths all the time. Just make sure to use a really mild soap, like baby shampoo, warm (not hot) water, and avoid their eyes. Wrap them in a towel when you're done and use a blow dryer on low to dry them completely. Don't let them dry on their own because they can get too cold. Good luck! I'm so glad you were able to rescue them.

Just go to a petshop and pick up a small animal cleaning soap, there are plenty available that are suitable.
You should get the piggies checked by a vet, if they're rescues there's no telling what problems they might have. They need their teeth and skin checked for starters. Do make sure they're passing proper, formed pellets, no diarrhoea.

IF you don't have any pet shampoo, I recommend a gentle soap. Wash them in the bathtub. But make sure you brush them once they are done or they will get knots and stuff in there fur.
Make sure you hold them under there bottom because they don't like there feet dangleing.

You can give them a bath. i use to give my little pig a bath once every 2 weeks with baby wash. it was mild on them and they smelled good. you just need to hold them so they do not think there are falling.

You could probably just stick them in a sink of warm water and bath them...They are rodents so they should be able to swim.

You may also need to treat them for mites.
