Yes and they are flippin hilarious because you can clearly see the voices and the movement of the mouths are totally out of sync. Plus 9 times of out 10 the voices don't match the personalities

Do you mean Spanish music? How can you hear English spoken with Spanish at the same time? Confusing question.
Subtitles are a different thing.
Certainly I have seen English movies with foreign music in the back ground.
