evolution is a small scale the thing is just doesn't happen over night. some monkeys didn't evolve because they didn't have too. Every organism has to fight to survive. why haven't humans evolved for that matter? The reason why is that we really don't need to. Like the life long question "What came first the chicken or the egg?" well that answer is more simple than thought before. the chicken came first through evolution then the egg as a means of species survival. Evolution is as simple as genetic mutation. now back on the question there are monkeys still because they didn't need to "evolve". However "Intelligent design" (meaning ones God or Gods whomever ones belief is) is a major factor but is not scientific.

Sort of circular, but we have monkeys because evolution is true. They evolved from previous monkeys to become what they are today. Please tell me that this isn't the old "if we evolved from monkeys, then why are there still monkeys" question. Because it is way too early to drink.
FYI, we didn't evolve from monkeys, we share a common ancestor. Humans and monkeys are still evolving from that common ancestor.

Because evolution is not true. These scientists find a teeny tiny scrap of a fossil and attempt to extrapolate it out so far it becomes meaningless.

Because they evolved. I understand your point. Evolution is a process based on needs and adaptation. Just because something evolves does not mean that all species of the previous form change

i have no idea cuz i barely know anything bout evolution,well i kno wat it is but i dont know alot cuz in kansas they dont make the teachers teach us about it in school.
