Can you do it in Windows XP Home?
I have alot of coursework on my External HDD but I can't lock My Documents files.

You might to try changing the security of the folder usually right click properties> security then on you folder remove the everyone group if possible. Make sure you have only the users want to have access to that folder listed with read rights or what ever rights you want them to have. Never remove your username, administrator or owner creator.

Click the "Approved Sites" tab and enter the URL of the site you want to block. Then click the "Never" button and then "ok". Enter a password and click ok again. The site is now blocked. "
