I am big Broncos fan. We are very talented at almost every position. Big Question marks though: Defensive Line production? and Young QB? These are things that if struggle at will prevent you from holding the Lombardi trophy in the end. I think we will make a strong push at it, but there are just more talented teams in a loaded conference. Here is how I see it ranking so far:
1. Pats
2. Chargers
3. Ravens
4. Colts
5. Broncos
I hope we get there, but we will need some luck fellow fan.

HOPEFULLY THE CAHNCES SRE 3/1, BUT THEY'RE IN THE AFC, BUT SOONER OR LATER, MY BRONCOS ARE GOIN TO GET IT DONE, THEY HAVE TOO GREAT OF PLAYERS, COACHES AND STAFF NOT TO WIN ANOTHER SB, THIS COULD BE THEIR YEAR, EVEN THOUGH I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WEN THEY LET JAKE GO.

The core of any Superbowl team is the offensive and defensive line. My Broncos are solid on the offensive line and potentially have a great defensive line.
If the D-line is even above average then opposing QB's are going to have a difficult time deciding which corner to throw at.
Cutler is the real deal and the weapons are there for him to have an effective offense around him. Travis Henry will be a 1400 yard back.
Shanahan is still one of the top five coaches in the league. If he would give up control over personnel the he would have already won another Superbowl.
In other words SUPER BOWL ALL THE WAY.

A life long 45+ year Denver fan here. I'm looking for improvement out of Cutler and Denver making the playoffs but the AFC is to good, I do not think Denver is there yet. IF they can keep the core of the team together and as Cutler gets better and better I think they'll be real legitimate threat for the SB in another year or 2 for sure. Should a few of the teams ahead of them this year have some serious problems or injuries could they make it this year? Perhaps.

The Denver Broncos are one of the NFL's best franchises, historically. They mix a smashmouth running game with a decent passing game to achieve their greatness. This year, however, will not be their year for the Super Bowl. The loss of cornerback/returnman Darrent Williams (R.I.P.) coupled with a new starting quarterback AND a new starting running back leads to some questions as to how good the Broncos can be. That being said, they could make a run through the playoffs. They replaced Darrent Williams with Dre Bly, a pretty solid cornerback that escaped the plagued Detroit Lions franchise. Travis Henry was also acquired, which has many hoping for another 2,000 yard rusher in Denver. Cutler and Tony Scheffler have shown they can work well together and Javon Walker is poised for another great year. Still losing the top two team leaders in tackles (Al Wilson, Darrent Williams) suggests that this defense may struggle a bit. I would say the Broncos go about 10-6 and win a game, maybe two in the playoffs.

Finally another Bronco fan feeling what I am feeling with 2 stud corners, Travis Henry as RB, Daniel Graham from the Patrots as TE, and a great D line. I Like their chances.

Ok, it has been said multiple times that defense wins championships. Denver will have one the best secondaries in the entire NFL. Remember, just last year Chicago made it to the Superbowl with a crappy offense but one great defense. I'm not saying that Denver's offense is nearly as bad as Chicagos' is. The chances of Denver getting to the Superbowl, slim to none. Here is why. They play in a traditionally tough division. Baltimore, New England and Indianapolis are waiting for them in the post season. They also don't have the quarterback they need to get to the next level. Sure Jay Cutler was just a rookie last year, but predicting him to take his team to the Superbowl? That is just ludicrous. I'm aware Big Ben did it, but Big Ben also has a better supporting cast that Cutler has. Give Cutler another year and you Denver fans will see more results.
As for my picks for the Superbowl. Representing the AFC WILL be the New England Patriots, they have just too much firepower offensivley now, we may even see an undefeated season. Then, representing the NFC could either be the New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks or the defending NFC Champion, Chicago Bears. It doesn't really matter who makes it, because they will lose to New England anyway.

I have to admit that the chances of the Broncos going to the Super Bowl may seem higher than they actually are. There are a lot of good players new to the roster this season. They have great capabilities on both sides of the ball, but they're just too new. With Cutler only in his second year, and the likes of Henry and Bly in their first year with the organization, the teamwork aspect won't nearly be as high as the Championship Broncos team nearly a decade back.
Statistically, they can go and they can win, but realistically, this would be more of a prep season, to smooth out the edges. If they can solidify the team this season, there's no reason why this couldn't be the start of another "dynasty."
Of course, I wouldn't object to seeing my Broncos in the big game. :D

There's nothing I'd like to see more than my beloved Broncos in the Superbowl this year.
I also think that they have a better shot then most people are giving them. Contrary to some other anwers to this question, we don't have a NEW starting QB. Granted, Cutler has only started 5 games but he's had the whole offseason to process what he did last year. I think that he has a totally different skill set than our last starting QB. Cutler is the real deal and he will flourish in this offense. The play book should be much more aggresive than it was last year with Jake at the helm.
Although I will really miss seeing #56 line up in the middle, DJ is a stud and I think he'll have a chance to prove that this year. The strong side just wasn't really a fit for him.
I predict that Denver will go 12-4 in the regular season and win the West. Then they will win two more playoff games and find them self in the big one.
Keep the faith brother....keep the faith.

Not yet. I think they have improved, but are not yet a champion caliber team. Cutler needs a little more time and more weapons at his disposal. I think they have a great shot at making the playoffs, but not getting far. I do think they will screw it up for someone else like the pats, colts, or jags. This year I think the Chargers take the AFC. In another year or two, I thin k Denver may well be a contender.
