Prison Break, the atmosphere is more attractive, the storyline more intricate, and the whole survival thing is deadly. Lost doesn't know what the fu*k it's doing!

Very tricky one. I am a big fan of both of them.
After a bit of thought I would have to go with Prison Break and that is mainly because of the intense and prolonged frustration that goes with watching Lost.
Build up storylines and mystery but at least give SOMETHING away now and again!
But 24 whips both of them by a mile.

LOST!
I don't watch Prison Break, and LOST is THE best show that I have ever had the pleasure to watch. It's so full of action, adventure, mystery, horror, and comedy (and, sometimes, annoying soap opera-ish themes) that it can please anyone and everyone who chooses to watch it!
I don't reccomend watching LOST for the first time in its next (4th) season, though, cuz it won't make any sense... The first two seasons are available on DVD, and the third one will be coming out soon, I believe!

I love lost it has the better storyline, unlike prison break

I absolutely love Lost...I tried to watch Prison Break...but I just never could get into it! ;o)

prison break is better because the story used several places so, it is not boring to watch aside from the really excellent acting that each characrer portrays

lost without a doubt having two hot guys walking around the beach (sometimes topless!) and the story line are incredible
