Will they get a player in free agency like Billups or Bibby?
They three point shooting reel bad. Also someone who can come up in the clutch.

The Cavs don't have enough cap space for a shooter. We are probably just going to evolve Sasha and Daniel into clutch shooters.

There are rumors that they are looking heavily at Shawn Marion or Rashard Lewis, as memebers of the Cavs FO are close with the same from those orgs....the Bibby deal may be dead as the Kings were looking to acquire expiring contracts from the Cavs but that's no longer the case, plus Bibby doesn't play defense and has gotten a reputation as a "girl"(?).
Ideally, I'd like them to try to get Andre Miller at the point, or maybe a Marcus Banks, Steve Blake, Brevin Knight, or Earl Boykins

If the Cavs don't make a move, they will not be taking the step forward they need to build a quality lineup around James. Danny Ferry has talked about getting the club to the next level and that means through a trade, free agents or dealing for a top ten draft pick.

I doubt if Billups would go to division rival Cleveland where he would play second fiddle to Lebron. I think Billups really likes to have to offense run through him whereas Cleveland prefers to have Lebron be the playmaker. Cleveland doesn't need to acquire somebody to come up in the clutch. They need Lebron James to produce in the clutch consistently. They should improve with an expanded role for Gibson, but they do need to improve offensively. They could stand to move Larry Hughes but I don't know who wants an overpaid injury prone guard.

Good luck, this team is going to be so far over the cap for the next 3-4 years they won't be able to sign a big name FA. I wouldn't hold my breath on a trade either. Really who does Cleveland have on their rosted other teams want that they would be willing to part with. Ilgauskus, Hughes, Gooden all have bad contracts so they won't be moving them anytime soon.

Both those guys will resign with Troit and Sac, but they should get Jason Terry
