Go to a drug store or probably a walmart and buy "Terro" ant killer. You put a drop of the stuff on little pieces of cardboard or plastic, put them where ants are the most, they carry the sweet Terro back to their nests and it kills them all within a day / to two - do not put where animals can lick it. Old ant killer but works!!!!!!!!!!! and easy to use

Try to figure out where they are coming from and set those little ant traps out at the source. There are some that have ant "food" in them, where the ants go in, eat, die and don't come back out. If they are outside, you can draw a chalkline on the cement, and they won't cross it.

If they are sugar ants, remove their food source. Chances are you need a poison to put on their trail where they are walking so they can take it back to their queen.

Terro works pretty well if you can only treat inside. Contact your landlord and ask him (or her) to treat the outside of the building with Amdro for a better and long-lasting fix.
