Well I lucked out and got a hot smart not preppy blonde with a huge rack. ;) But if I hadn't met my wife, I would have gone for the brunette in your example. Women aren't hot forever--eventually boobs sag, thighs get lumpy, etc. Being pretty in the face tends to have a bit more longevity than a nice figure. But being sharp of mind has the greatest lifespan of all. So basically my top three list in order of importance would be:
1: Intelligence
2: Pretty
3: Smokin' body
