i am also already workin in 2 pubs behind the bar for hands on expereince and have been a manager for another company but not in the pub trade!!

i would say your best bet is to either buy a pub or get in touch with a brewery and see if they have a need for managers as some own pubs and pay the manager to work at the pub i believe, i also think thay have like stand in managers so if a managert takes a holiday they have a replacement manager to run the pub while normal manager is away
