ya know how lindsay lohan has a cowlick (her hair naturally flows up) well how can i get that?

Well, you ARE in the worng section-sure that was an honest mistake, so I will help you out the best I can:

What works for me when I need that boost is to take the blow dryer and point it in the one spot until it's nice and hot, then use the cool button still holding that one place out and cool it off-don't let it down until that part of your hair is completely cooled off. When it is, it will usually stay that way.

(Sorry I couldn't explain that better)

you cant GET a cowlick....your just born with one

and it takes alot of training to get your hair to do that without one
