Definately Carter. Clinton probably would have gone down in history as an ok President if he had kept his zipper zipped. Heck he still might.

Well Carter is the one that got us in this mess with Iran, so I would have to say him, however Clinton got us involved with the terrorists because of Somalia so it's kinda a tie

Son, jfk, 1961 - 63, lbj, 1963-1968, then Carter, then Clinton, JFK was the best, and Clinton, a good President who understood foregn policy, economic policy, achieved a balanced budget, but, shot HIMSELF in the foot, but, was a good Prseident, nevertheless.
