At 13, I used to deliver newspapers. You can mow lawns, babysit. Also, you can go door to door and ask people if they need anything done around the house such as gardening, painting, pool cleaning and so on.
You can start a business. I know a millionaire who learned to pring t-shirts as a teenager. Don't laugh, but balloons sell very well and are cheap to buy wholesale.
Lastly, think of something you do better than most people, such as computer tricks and so forth. People make a living at just that.

I worked at a golf course..first I tried to caddy and with golf carts everywhere, that was short lived, but I asked the golf pro if they needed help and they did. I drove the golf carts, cleaned clubs, picked up balls off the range. It was a very good experience and with tips, helped me buy my first car when I was 16. Even if you don't have a golf course near you, try anything that is seasonal - marinas, resorts, etc.

Not many as it is illegal in most states to employ someone your age. I would look for something that is "Mom & Pop", meaning you work for a small store in your area or babysit, or mow lawns. People won't have to worry about child labor laws if you work for individuals as opposed to big companies.

i think you should just have lemonade stands all year round! no just babysit or something or do yard work for old people. . . they really need the help. fix lightbulbs.
ps about the lemonade stand. . . if you're hot enough you will get more customers. ;)
