Yes, However white holes have yet to be found but are widely suspected of keeping black holes down. Some searching for asian holes has also taken place recently but has only led to discovery's not apporiate for a family website.

edit: The insane density of a black hole is currently thought to be caused by all the missing socks collecting in the center.

Most scientists agree that black holes do exist, they are super dense objects of small size and they possess gravitational fields so strong that the space around them is curved so tightly to the black hole that light is forced to follow the cure and never escape, hence the object can't be seen, it is a black hole. Matter is so densely packed inside the black hole that even movement of molecules and other particles is not possible, therefore time can't exist inside a black hole.

I believe they exist, for I know all of the work that Stephen Hawkings has done, and I agree with him. According to Hawking's, black holes are so strong and have such a great gravitational pull that even liht cannot excape it, hence the name "Black" Holes. He believes there are black holes out there as small as the nucleus of an atom that have the mass of a mountain. black holes are made when a star implodes on itself, and the sun may one day be one.

They are real. Black holes are a collection of mass that is SOOO great, that the gravity of it is just too much for even light to escape. The mass at the center is usually extremely dense. This is usually a result of a star collapsing into itself or a couple of stars falling into each others gravity fields and collecting. Our sun will never form a black hole as it lacks sufficient mass.

They exist, there is supposedly one at the center of all spiral galaxies, including our own Milky Way Galaxy.

The latest theories suggest that there are even miniature black holes just about every where, but because of their very small size they don't pose any threat to us.

they really exist and their property is to swallow every thing coming near it no 1 knows wats inside a black hole i think the must be some another dimension

They really exist. While a black hole can not be viewed directly, astronomers have been able to spot them by looking at the effect their gravity has on surrounding objects.

Black holes are somewhat exist. Scientists already found out via observing their unorthodox habit and massive gravitational pull. Now the only element we'd desire to comprehend is what is going on interior the singularity.

Black holes are indeed fact because if they were not then how do you explain all the pictures of them?
And if they wernt then were would dead stars go?
Black holes suck up all of the light until they get weak and become dormant.

Like anything else they can never categorically be proven to exist. To date, however, they have never been disproven.
