hey ,
you can only use others photos or pictures with permission. If the photos contain logos or product names you will have to ask. If you do not - you will get sued or asked to pay for the photos . You can however use your own photos that you have taken -so long as you do not cause any defamation to the company in question.

Not usually, they are copy right protected. You must obtain written permission to use pictures or logo's form other businesses.

If its copyrighted material, you need to get their permission.
This is probably the single MOST violated law on the internet,
however.

yes but dont use anything thats subjected to a copyright or so -and only use your own videos if you are considering that in the future-.
