I'm 3 months with no period. Just now, I got my uterus scanned by ultrasound saing i'm not pregnant. Am i going to stop there and close the "am i pregnant?" case in my mind, and start thinking that "i'm not pregnant!"?. Or does a blood test more accurate than an ultrasound? I don't want to be pregnant.

You can actually see a hearbeat at 4 weeks with ultrasound. It is definately more accurate. If you saw nothing, you're not pregnant.

If you were 3 months pregnant they would see the baby through an ultrasound. If the ultrasound is negative you are not pregnant.

if you are scanned or ultrasound the result is negative ,so you are not pregnant.if you want to test a blood,that cannot test you are pregnant or not. blood is test for heath only. i think maybe that just a Harmon not stable only. because I'm also the same 2 month no period,but I'm married allready.

go buy a home test first, then if that fails, the best way to know for sure is a blood test, it sucks cause they have to take your blood, but an ultra sound yea can tell, but it can also pick up all kinds of other things inside of you. sorry diffrent test are the only real way to tell. if you dont want a kid, use protection, your stop sleepin around. that or there are the other horrible options that some states allow!

sounds like you have some other medical issue going on. ask about having your thyroid tested it can stop your period. ultrasound would show a pregnancy at 4 weeks so you are pregnant

Go ahead and have a blood test just to be sure. Both are pretty accurate, however. Also, palpatation by your ob can help to determine your status.
If you have still not gotten a period, you need to make an appt w/your physician to see why you are no menstuating.

at three months a baby would be very visible on ultrasound, so I would say you are not pregnant. Did they give you a reason why you are not having periods?

You are not pregnant, but you should get tests to find out why your period has stopped.

Yeah, you aren't pregnant. They would have seen a baby on the US if you were.
