wow, yesterday i got back from a 10 hour drive from alabama. i read, listened to music, and watched movies on a portable dvd player. just some ideas =D

count the roadkill on the highway
write down as many different state license plates you see
cover the eyes of the driver and see how well you can navigate them
follow your path on a state map (which i love to do)

A rubic cube keeps one very occupied and it will be something others on the ride with you interested good way to meet new friends.......
