Its a nice thought, but where does that extra happiness come from?

...and do we have a right to 'dump' our sorrows on others? aren't we just spreading misery?

The extra happiness comes from being able to share a positive experience with someone else....it makes all that more wonderful.

No, I don't think that we have a right to dump our sorrows on anyone, but it is much easier having a shoulder to lean on during a difficult time....maybe not dumping the sorrow on the person, but having so close of a relationship with someone that they would rather go through the sorrow with you than you to deal with it alone.

The extra happiness comes from the love of the person who's happy to see your happiness. And as for 'dumping' your sorrows on others; some who truly love you won't see it in this way! They're the ones who make you feel better! As even if you don't share your sorrow, you want it or not, they'll always be part of it; as they chose to love you and care about both your happiness and sorrow! So don't worry you won't be 'dumping' sorrow on anyone or spreading misery anywhere! You'll be able to find a way out together with your loved-ones!
Thank you :-)

True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.

Any time that you are not judging you are happy.

The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.

It really is that simple.
