Upgrade 1.5GHz to 2.13GHz?
What would I gain by doing this?

An increase in processing power.
Keep in mind that when you go to a higher clock frequency you will generate more heat and draw more power from your battery. Not trying to discourage you, just thought you should know a couple of trade off's. If you can, and you can afford to, go with a memory upgrade also.

Some noticeable speed gains would be seen. I'd get the upgrade, especially with a laptop.

More processing power. Make sure that the CPU is compatible with your motherboard, especially with a laptop.
