Please answer!! If i get 20 answers tht would be amazing! hah?

Question

Next year we will be going on a vacation to Hawaii. Judging, by the prices of airplane tickets it would cost 8,000 dollars just for the flight. What is a cheap way to get there and what is the best things of hawaii??

The flight has to go from Syracuse NY to Any airport in Hawaii. Would it be more sensible to get a cheap flight to Los Angeles,Cali then to hawaii?? HELP!!

The flight from expedia.com was 2000 each and it didnt say `st class either..

If funds are an issue, why don't you try a Caribbean Island? From Syracuse the flights would be much less expensive, less long and there would be no time change as there would be in going to Hawaii. Time change is significant especially if you're only going for a week! Jet Lag can last 3 days! I would check out Orbitz and similar flight sales sites for prices.

Are you checking the online airfares? I just got back from Maui and it wasn't near that expensive. We booked our vacation about 6 months ago and got airfare, hotel, a luau, and a sunset cruise for just under $5000. You should be able to get a better deal than that. Also, be aware that it is expensive once you get there. If you go to a local seafood restaurant for dinner, nice place, expect to spend at least $80 to $100 for 2 people to eat. I'd get a rental car too. there are many things to see in Hawaii, or Maui, or Oahu, or Kauai and you'll need a car to get there unless your with a tour group. Just thought I'd help.
