http://www.opendns.com/
208.67.222.222 or
208.67.220.220
You have enter this in your computer TCP/IP properties page.
Start/Control Panel/Net work Connections/Local area
Network Properties Select TCP/IP Properties.

Need a lot more detail. What is the exact error message? When does it occur? Can you "ping" the router? Do you have DHCP enabled on the computers? Do you have a DNS server set in the IP properties of the computers? Wireless, wired or both? Only one computer failing, or all?

Have you rebooted the router?
