Actually i am posted and cant do workout for the coming 1 month. did it will lose mine muscle or any other side effects of it. should i try some light exercise in my own home or should i leave it for the complete 1 month rest. in the last 2 years i had just given 1 day rest per week. pleaese suggest....

Well i'd say if u can't workout for medical reasons then listen to that advice. If you are just deciding to take a break on your own well then OK. a lot of people do this (take a break)-it could be beneficial to give it a break, this will give your muscles a chance to recover and when u get back to working out, you could see better results..

You can do running and push ups in that 1 month "rest" period.

yeah take this chance to do some more aerobic trainings like running, swimming or skipping to boost your cardio :) and no you shouldnt take a "rest" heehee, keep working out!!
