I just want to get the best memory for my computer with out spending more on a higher kind of memory.

Depends on how much your motherboard recognizes! ~
IF it will recognize 1.5 GB then add 1 GB

The more the merrier, buy 1 GIG

It depends on how much you want, if you only want 1GB total, get the 512MB stick. If you want 1.5GB total, get the 1GB stick. Make sure that you get the same speed of RAM as what you currently have.

if you can afford to buy 1 gig then i would get that
the more the better
