scan whit HP LASER JET 3200?

How can i scan document whit my printer HP LASERJET 3200 , when i press scan appear waiting for pc and nothing hapens ,the printer its conected to my pc by USB please help THANKS

Waiting for PC means the "event" was sent to the PC, but the scanning software on the PC side was not responding.

Did you install ALL of the programs on the driver disk? Did you configure the push buttons?
