There are 2 T1 circuits from Verizon in where i work. One was recently installed. This morning we found out that one T1 circuit was not functioning properly. So, what can we do to get it to work again?

With T1's you get high response service... so call Verizon. They will either take care of it remotely or send someone out. 99% of the time it is as easy as the phone call.

If, by circuit malfunctioning, you mean that the T1 is down, then Call Verizon. There is nothing that you can do locally to fix the problem. If you mean that your Internet service is down, then you can try rebooting the T1 router, and maybe your connected computers, depending on whether you're running DHCP on the router or on a local server. If your internal configuration has not changed, and rebooting the router didn't solve the problem, then you need to call Verizon.

Call Verizon and make them come out and do what you're paying them for. If you don't know where the malfunction is in the line, then that's the best thing to do. Make them come out, test and repair if needed.
