It happens to me because the windows are open and when the back door slams shut or closes, the front door sometimes opens. LOL
But on a serious note I reckon people say that in order for you to look at this like this;
one door closes, another one opens =
one part of your life, a stage or even an era has finished (closed) so its time to move on or make a fresh start (open)
Its something along those lines if you know what you mean. by the way, here have a star rating.

It takes time but i am sure it does. The problem is the door has to close first. I am in between right now so not going through a very good time.

Yes. But sometimes the door opens and leads us to wonderful benefits and oppurtunities and sometimes the door can open a portal to hell.

doors have slam ed shut so many times that I am becoming a bit punch drunk but even though this happens as regular as clock work is int it amazing how many people still get up and wait for the next one

well, i hope so.....the door to my work shut (actually slammed)in my face - it's now or never that i start my business (if it ever stops raining...and finish my book...which i'd love to be able to do full time...
just stuck for inspiration today.
