I have nothing original to say. Your options are surgery (and all its risks and expenses) or padded bras. There is nothing else you can do. How old are you? Some girls develop more slowly than others.

Ok speaking from experience, small boobs are not a curse or anything you just have to embrace yourself and love you for you. And if you really need boobs try birth control. One of the side affects is it makes your boobs somewhat larger. How old are you? Because your body doesn't stop growing till like 20 so you could still have more coming.

Don't worry, you should just get used to your size, if you don't feel okay with yourself than no ones going to feel okay with you, I'm 12 and I have bigger boobs than my 26 year old sister, she really doesn't care, you really should get used to your size.. I hope this helps

big boobs arent that great,men leer at you and make nasty remarks,smaller chested women can worry less about saggybaggies when they get older and can worry less about men leering...,men like boobs no matter what...and so do women if that be the case.
but yea,wear a padded bra,do some pectoral exercises and all the other stuff they said

Only through surgery. Wear a padded bra and clothes that will de-emphasize your breastline. Be happy with your body - big boobs aren't everything!

You could build up your pectoral muscles. Do pushups / lift weights. & get a good push up bra. ---- Lily of France, Wonderbra, Maidenform.
