Click File Menu >>> Print. On the popup box select properties or options which ever you have and change the output to be gray scale or back & white.

Go to file print, click properties, check the box that says black & white, and if your landscaping icon is on make sure you turn if off. then click print.

print; properties; color; 'greyscale'.
Thats for Windows Vista, the terminology may vary from xp, 98, etc.

Click on the printer icon.
Click "Preferences."
Look for "grayscale printing" and click/check the corresponding box.
Click "OK"
Click "Print"
