Yes, we do it all the time in Ft. Worth. If you can turn right on red, you should be able to turn left on red if it's a one way.

That probably varies from state to state. In Virginia, a left turn on red is legal (with a stop--like right on red) when you are both coming from and turning onto a one way street.

Same rules apply to left on red to a one way street as a right on red. Just be sure to watch fro signs that prohibit it.

Depends where you are making it at.
In California, you can make a left on a red, PROVIDED it's a one way street, with a one way street going to the left, and no signs prohibit it.
