I like eggy's answer, but since zombies are pretty much stupid and unless you can control the dead I would avoid having your zombie friend turn others. So I suggest have him turn one other person (someone you don't like) and start a zombie fighting competition. Charge folks to have a zombie made and pit them against your friend. If that doesn't work or you have humanitarian groups after you then shoot it in the head and burn the evidence. Don't put the fights on-line if you choose that route, cause sooner or later they will track you.

best guy friend- still like him and hangout with him, but then if he tryed to pull me to the under world i would slay his ***,
