You should get your teeth cleaned by a dental hygenist twice a year - then continue using a whitening toothpaste as well as the strips and that should keep your teeth as white as they can be!!!
Good luck!

Hey I bought the Listerine whitening mouth wash that you use before you brush and it really works. I was shocked at how white my teeth got and I used to smoke and am a chronic coffee and soda drinker. Trust me when I tell you girl it works! Just use it twice a day before you brush. The bottle says you'll see them lighter after 16 weeks or something like that but after a couple of days I could tell the difference. Good luck!

I swear by Crest whitestrips. For the people who say they don't work, it is most likely because they are not using them correctly. You need to follow the directions exactly, and the less you skip days wearing them, the better it will be! And you only need to wear them once or twice a year. I used them after I got my braces off, and I get compliments all the time about how white my teeth are.
Also, if you drink a lot of pop or dark drinks, use a straw, and swish with water after you are done drinking. Anything helps!

Yes ma'am that should be perfect.
Also to make sure that you are getting the full effect-stay away from dark sodas. But if you don't like Sprite or you just can't give up Pepsi, drink it with a straw. And rhten brush afterwards. Also, stay away from tea and coffee as they stain A LOT.
There are also foods like blueberries and strawberries that stain teeth as well.
I love the Crest Whitestrips, they are PERFECT! And you will see results VERY quickly!
P.S. I've moved 19 times in 19 years, so I know ALL about moving, so I want to say good luck!

Your teeth will be "whiter" than they are now. Keep in mind that your teeth may become extremely sensitive using both whitening toothpaste and white strips together. Perhaps you might want to get yourself some Sensidine toothpaste instead.

The white strips have really helped my teeth. I use synsodine so the whitening does not make my teeth sensitive.
GOOD LUCK AT YOUR NEW SCHOOL

It is all no about how you look. It is all about what person are you.
