Black beans (i've been told) do not produce much gas...so stay away from those. Pintos work really good. Maybe on the day that your co-worker comes back you can eat at a Mexican restuarant for lunch and then spend the rest of the afternoon at his/her desk...

Pinto beans and chick peas and green beans. Get a three bean salad or a bean burrito from Taco Bell. That should do the trick! lol!

Top-off your beans with a round of tofu, natto and a bottle or two of beer and be ready for a real blast. If you wish to spice things up more eat some boiled eggs with broccoli in a salad.
