This problem just started. I have been successful in printing address, using envelope icon on taskbar, ever since I have had my computer--over 4 years.

1) Make sure you are using the proper size envelope
2) Check your printer settings to make sure you have selected the same type of envelope or change the envelope type and see if that helps...you can do this by:
- Select File->Print... menu option
- click on Properties button on the Print window
- select the Paper/Quality tab
- click the Advanced button on this window
- in the Paper/Output section there should be a "Paper Size:" option with a dropdown that allows you to select different Paper types...there should be about 4 or 5 different envelope selections. Try with different selections and see if that helps

Other than checking the correct type envelope for your task in the envelope print mode, I couldn't advise.

You need to format your printer for envelop of proper size.
