The only "problem" I've found is if you rub too hard on most surfaces it will take the finish off... However, if you use it lightly it shouldn't be a problem... If you are worried, test it on a small area...

Having kids and pets in my house, I tried them on my fiberglass tub surround, worked fine, no scratching or discoloring. So, I tried them through my kitchen, all appliances that needed sprucing up, my cabinets, counters, even the metal frame part around my sliding door! No problems here with them at all!

for all tubs and sinks its great but i have found do not use on formica countertops it will take the formica off if used alot..all other counter tops its great........
