The healthy age range for a female to start menstruating is between 8-16. You are fine if you have not started yet.
Some doctors believe that a female will start her period when she reaches 12% of her adult body fat. Other factors are stress, your body weight, genetics.
When a female starts varies, there is no definite right time for it to start.
Eat right, get plenty of sleep. If you turn 16 and it has not started then talk to your doctor.
Good Luck

Your fine. Don't start worrying until you are 16. You will have a period when your body feels it is ready. It is different for everybody.

I started when I was 13, just depends on your body. You could get it any time now.
