My husband feels it's more of a priority to spend all our free time and money fixing up the stupid house.

I am a Navy brat and have lived all over the United States and have traveled to Canada and Mexico.
Most of the traveling/moving I have done has not been at my request.
As an adult I choose not to travel. For the most part, I loathe traveling.
My girlfriend,however,has traveled all over the world and still has the desire to see more of it.
Long story short, maybe it is because I had to travel and she traveled at will that gives us our respective viewpoints on traveling.

Money. Definitely. My boyfriend and I have major wanderlust; to aid this and, simultaneously, continue to pay our bills, we bought a semi and are currently touring the states! So, the solution is: Find a job in which you travel!! Plus, after a couple of weeks~ home has never looked so good!

It's the price of gas right now! I'd love to just hop in the old RV and cruise the nation, but that's not an option when it gets 10 miles to a gallon and gas is $3.25 a gallon! (Heavy sigh, longing for the good old days...)

Money and time are the problems. We don't have enough money to just take off like we wish and even if we did, our work schedule isn't flexible... fingers crossed for the lottery.. haha.
