system 32?

why is it that when i try to install anything on my comp it says something like, 'cannot write to system 32' or something similar? i kn ow whats on system 32 but how do i set it so i have permission! its my comp not a network. cant find any options with that option

and i definatly have admin rights....

Check to be sure that you are using an account with administrative rights. "Limited" accounts are not able to write to the system32 directory.
