Some are, some are not. It really depends on what you mean by trustable.
Will they cheat on you? Some will. I've never cheated on any woman I've had a relatioship with, but I have some friends I'd advise you to steer well clear of.

Like "kiwi" said. It doesn't matter where they are from. There are good men and bad from every country... I am friends with an English man and trust him completely but that doesn't mean all Englishmen are trustworthy...
