Well i can feel a small sort of oval type thing on my left testicle at the top where the vein/tube connects to it sort of to the side of the tube i think it's ment to be there, in fact im 99.99% positive it is ment to be there, but it's not on my right one as far as i can feel... Help..?
My left one is smaller and not as far down as my right.

There's nothing to worry about, relax. You have taken the most important step in examining the condition of your testicles. The information I've given below is from wikipedia.
CRUCIAL: go see your doctor. I known from first hand experience how embarrassing this can be but they're professionals and have done it all before.
From wikipedia:
It is most common for one testis to hang lower than the other. The percentage of men with a lower hanging right testis or left testis is about equal. This is due to differences in the vascular anatomical structure on the right and left sides.
In normal adult human males, testicular size ranges from the lower end of around 14 cm³ to the upper end larger than 35 cm³. Usually left testicle is larger than the right.
To some extent, it is possible to change testicular size. Short of direct injury or subjecting them to adverse conditions, e.g., higher temperature than they are normally accustomed to.
Remember, like you said there is probably nothing wrong!!!!! You're probably exaggerating this in your imagination.
All the best.

Sounds like a varicocele, a varicose vein in your scrotum. Not serious, fairly common. Can be drained or removed. See your doctor for an actual diagnosis and decide with him what to do about it.

Definitely go to your doc or a urologist. might be nothing but depending on your age, best to rule things out. An experienced doc can usually tell just by feeling it if it needs further assessment. good luck!

It is likely just a lipoma, and you don't have to be fat to develop them. they are benign and nothing to worry about. But, if you are scared, then for heaven's sake see your doctor about it.
