if your ovulating your chance of getting pregnant is higher than any other time use a condom and get on the pill if you dont want to get pregnant or dont have sex

even though that's when you have bigger chances, the posibility that you won't get pg exists.....the egg can be fecunded but many things can happen: no attachment to the uterus wall, unappropiate development of cells. My ob told me that many times we "get pg" but the edd doesn't develop or attaches so we just getr our menstrual cycle without knowing about it. Those concerns should be addressed to your OB.

if the sperm count is low or not healthy they cannot penetrate the egg so no fertilization will take place.
