If you're nursing, the periods shouldn't start until you are finished nursing. That was a good year with both of my kids.
Otherwise, about 4-6 weeks after delivery.

Depends on wether u breast feed or not. Also on how long you bleedf for after the birth. Pelvic floor exercises are to help with bladder control and sposed to tighten those stretched bits back up again but evrybody is different so cant help you with wat happens if u do or dont do them.

10 or 11 months but i breastfed
and ive had 4 kids and never did pelvic floor exercises
but u should, i dont wee my pants if thats why u asked, lol

If you breast feed, you don't have any periods until you're finished breast feeding. I had my baby April 2006, and I still haven't had a period!

If you don't do pelvic floor exercises, you'll get a weak bladder and depending how weak it is, in the future, if you laugh too much, cough too much, go running etc, you might wet yr pants!!

you should resume your period 4 to 6 weeks after giving birth some times sooner some times later...it's different from woman to woman. Good luck

usually you get a period after the 40 days it varies. If you don't do your kegals you will have a hard time holding your pee.
