If she's alive you'll have to ask her for it. If she's dead and it has been filed for probate, it is a public record and you can walk into the probate office in your county and they will help you find it and copy it for probably .50 a page.
If it hasn't been filed, try her papers or an atty she might have had draw one up for a copy.

If she is alive you cannot get it.Will will be opened only after death of the person.You can obtain a copy of the will after death from the person who is authorised to execute the will.It has to be probated.If something is left for you in the WILL, you will automatically get a copy.

If it was probated, it will be on file at the county clerk's office. If it wasn't, the executor or lawyer that handled it will have it. Depends on how long ago it was. Today, all wills are probated. But didn't used to be that way - it could just be done because there was a piece of paper.

You have to apply to the registrar of births deaths and marriages, get a form, fill it out, pay a fee and they will send you a copy.
