So.. in world history for a project we have to write an essay..
but they collected our books..
which was "smart".. because all of the answers were there..
so could you umm.. give me some pointers on at least one of these..
okay..
1. Identify some of the positive and negative aspects of imperialism.
2. Compare the colonization of the Amercias by Portugal, Spain, England, the Netherlands, and France. How were they similar? How were they different? What influences from each of them do you think still exist in the Americas?
3. Why do you think the Industrial Revolution took place in the areas of the world in which it did? Are all countries in the world now industrialized? How do you know?
4. List 3 or 4 ways in which the major development of Islam was similar to that of Christianity. What do you think are the major differences?

Here is help with #3.
The I. R. took place in those countries where the iron age took place. Those countries lucky enough to have iron ore deposits, and found out how to make it into iron for tools and weapons had a big advantage over the other countries.
All that led to a population explosion, because people always want to better themselves. Lot's of people equals a better chance for someone to invent something which leads to more inventions, which leads to even more, outdistancing those other countries which did not have the large deposits of iron ore.

Since your books were taken away, I assume this is an essay test. If it is an exam, then you should know the answers on your own and not come on here to cheat. If the essay is not an exam, then go to the library or use the internet for your research. I hate to sound like a parent, but you really won't learn it unless you do the work on your own. Good luck!

If I write your essay do I get your credentials? What you are doing is academic fraud. Plagiarism will get you kicked out of any reputable institution. Life will kick you in the teeth if you are not prepared to do your own work.
