He isn't a bad looking guy but he is trying WAY to hard to look cool. The glasses are definitely out and the attitude isn't him. I'll give him an 8 just for havin the balls to try so hard and put himself out there.

He's a 6, personality might make that an 8, but I'm not really into his style or his age group, my 12 year old might give him a 10.

First impression: lose the hat and Mom's sunglasses, and then he'd be at least an 8. Maybe a 9 if I were 13 years old.

In my honest opinion, if I were ten years younger I would have to say that I give him a 10 ! lol...
I have an attraction to older men myself, but he is very cute...though he does not look to be an adult yet. Also, the look is that of a rapper...not too appealing to some.
