Before you start slinging crap ..friend...such lists are created and updated in several countries in the world, Canada & Australia being two of them. There is also a board called CREB that oversee's this data. This is used for statistical purposes. So just because you think that the world is small enough to drive around and photograph, and just because you are an angry little small minded jerk with no knowledge on this topic...I will ignore your stupid answer.

I don't know anywhere you can get all that for free, but your county court does have the lis pendis records on file and you can search those for free. maybe your county has an enhanced website with those kind of features, but i doubt it.

No such thing. I get the list for free through my title rep, but there are no pictures. I suggest if you're going to do this for business reasons, then pay the $30/month at www.realtytrac.com. If you're looking to buy yourself, then just team up with a real estate agent that specializes in undervalued property.

Also, just because it's a foreclosure doesn't mean it's a great deal.

Regards

Well, I have to hang with Elsa on this one. If you don't want to pay for the information, then you are on your own. Just WHY would you think anyone would go to all the trouble of compiling such information, and then give it away ? FYI, most foreclosures are handled for lenders by real estate brokerage firms. Start looking there, but they will be mixed in with all the other properties the agency(s) have listed for sale.

So far no one has stepped up to work there butt off compiling just a list, as well as driving about photographing it out of the kindness of their heart.

Since you think such a task is worth NOTHING and should be available to the general public for free why don't YOU go out and put one together?
